A prototype of the next Sidekick (mobile-cum-internet device). It's thinner and less wide but has a bigger keyboard. Now I no longer keep it on a belt, I'm always losing it. I was known as the "absent-minded professor" as a student.

Sharing your Ipod with miShare

A brand new device for music sharing. It wouldn't be any surprise if we weren't talking about Ipod's. Apple is all about set to using only one library, only compatible with Itunes and all that, could this device change all of that? No info on the device is specified yet, just a mere price is listed on the home site $99.95. So if it's a rumor or not, and if it's useful or not, no idea, we'll just have to wait and see.

Gas Stations And Google Maps

Google is slowly but surely taking over almost everything, Who would have guessed they would even be present in gas stations, free maps for the road, and other helpful solutions. I wonder where does the Google supremacy end? If I'm not mistaken in the states there's a law which says that no one can hold supremacy in one's field. That is the reason why Microsoft has been in and out of courts with the US Government for so many years, yet I haven't heard on any action being taken on Google.
Some of you might think that Yahoo is the alternative to Google, but let's be honest, when was the last time someone made a search on yahoo or stuff like that. Yahoo is just there because of the Messenger, and everybody is used to that and that alone.

P.s. (Rumor) When Microsoft continuously won the suits intended by the US government, the US started founding Apple to be able to be a competitor for them, because they said:

Ok, we're number one, so give us a competitor.

Is the HTC Omni the Google Android 'Dream' Phone?

The possible gPhone prototype we pointed out yesterday named the "Dream" might just be this HTC Omni communicator. The first reason is that HTC's actually seen and commented on the internal Google prototype, even going so far as to consider developing a real version of the reference design. Unwired View matches up the description of the device to the leaked specs of the HTC Omni, which mesh quite well in both size, shape and functionality. So is this the real "Google Phone" design? If so, it looks less like a phone and more like a fancy—and pants tearingly-large—communicator. We wouldn't have our Google Phone any other way. [Unwired View]

GPhone primele poze, fake sau nu?

Se pare ca zvonurile privind designul noului telefon Google, care va rula noul sistem de operare al celor de la Google incep sa starneasca din ce in ce mai mult interes. S-ar putea ca acesta sa fie modelul noului telefon, produs de firma chineza e28, dar s-ar putea doar sa fie o mica incercare de a castiga putina publicitate. Totusi mi se pare cam uratel telefonul ca sa fie modelul cu care se va lansa un nou brand Google. Parerile sunt impartite, ca intotdeauna, dar pana cand nu va fii facut nici un anunt oficial, vorba aia, your guess is as good as mine, daca este sau nu, un fake.

Sony rekindles rumors of PSP phone

It's been a hot minute since we've heard any marginally believable chatter surrounding the so-called PSP phone, but the idea of such a device has been given new life thanks to Sony Computer Entertainment co-chief operating officer Jim Ryan. Apparently, Mr. Ryan told the India Times that the "PlayStation is a proven success and so is Sony Ericsson," and that "convergence with the two arms working together is definitely plausible." Granted, he did note that it could be quite some time before such a device would see the market, and that if indeed it did, it would likely resemble a handheld gaming system with a phone blended in and not vice-versa. So yeah, we're not really any closer to knowing whether this thing truly is somewhere in the pipeline, but here's to hoping that we don't have to wait another year or so to find out more.

Zvonuri despre bundle PS3 la 400 de dolari

In ultima perioada sunt din ce in ce mai dese zvonurile prin care Sony va scadea preturile pana la un nivel nemaivazut de numai 400 de dolari, iar aceasta pana in perioada sarbatorilor de iarna, pentru a prinde sezonul cel mai bun de vanzari din an.
Motivul principal pentru care Sony va recurge la aceasta miscare este acela ca vanzarile destul de bune de pana acum, impulsionate de reducerea pretului consolei de 60 de Gb, au intrat din nou pe o panta descendenta iar Sony nu poate sta cu mainile in san, si va urma in cel mai scurt timp o reducere a pretului consolei de 80 de Gb si in plus va fi scoasa pe piata si o consola cu un Hdd de 40 de Gb care va veni in pachet sub forma de bundle cu Spiderman 3 in format Blu-Ray la un pret de 400 de dolari.

In final se pare ca nu va fi uitata nici consola Playstation 2 care inca este extreme de bine vanduta si al carei pret va deveni 100 de dolari de la 130 in present.
Actiunile Sony vin si pe fondul succesului din ce in ce mai mare pe care-l are consola xBox a Microsoft Corporation, prin lansarile de jocuri cu foarte mare priza la public, Halo3 si Bioshock.
